Basic Fees

Central State Design Concepts charges a base rate of $75 per hour (USD) for all work performed after the initial consultation. CSDC does not charge clients for initial consultations. CSDC will provide clients with an estimate of billable hours for project completion, however this may be subject to change dependent upon the clients needs and any changes the client may impose. Clients will be advised in advance if the project may go over budget.

Graphic Design

CSDC charges a base rate of $75 per hour for all Graphic design work. While we are a Graphic and Web design Firm, CSDC also employs outside independent graphic design artists on a contractual basis and their fees may differ from those of CSDC. CSDC will inform the client in advance if the services of an independent designer will be required.

Print Brokerage

CSDC can act as a print broker for the client. Any fees incurred for print work will be paid by CSDC and billed back to the client. Print fees will vary depending on the type of job, the color separation, the quality of paper or medium being requested and the project deadline as well as other factors.

Web Hosting & Domain Registration Brokerage

CSDC is not a web hosting or domain registrar service, however, CSDC does offer its clients brokerage services for domain name registration and contractual web hosting on their behalf. The fees for domain name registration and web hosting are determined by the outside service provider and not by CSDC. CSDC will bill clients monthly for these services as part of its monthly service agreements. CSDC primarily uses Verizon Shared Web HostingT services for its web hosting packages. Unlike many web design firms, CSDC registers all domain names and web hosting services under the client's name and not CSDC. CSDC only acts as an agent for the client. The client reserves the right to arrange for their own domain name registration, web hosting or request they be billed directly by any web hosting or domain name registrar for services provided. Monthly web hosting fees begin at $15 per month for a linux based server and $25 for a Windows based server. A set up fee may be applicable. Domain name registration begins at $40 for one year.

Monthly Service Contracts

Service Contract fees begin at $50 per month (USD) plus any additional costs incurred including, but not limited to, web hosting contracts. Monthly Service Contract fees are based upon the amount of anticipated hours required to maintain the clients site including, but not limited to, any changes or updates such as event calendars, menus, seasonal rates, sales events, etc.

New Jersey State Sales Tax

CSDC is a registered business in the State of New Jersey and, by virtue of the nature of the business, is not required by law to impose New Jersey State Sales Tax. Any sales taxes paid by CSDC on behalf of a client will be charged back to the client. Any non-profit, charitable or tax exempt organization is required by law to present CSDC with a valid and legal copy of their tax exempt certificate to avoid incurring sales taxes.
