CSDC firmly believes in adhering to all US and International copyright laws and laws protecting intellectual property. CSDC will, under no circumstances, include on any web site or in any printed materials logos, registered trademarks, graphics, photographs, paintings, drawings or any form of artwork, video files, movie files, sound files, music files, .wav files, .midi files, text, any printed materials or any portion thereof, periodicals or any portion thereof or any other materials protected under copyright laws without the express written permission of the owner or owners of said copyright including, but not limited to, the artist, author, publisher, musician, recording company, gallery, etc.

CSDC will publish any materials owned by the client including all of the aforementioned. Any and all graphic designs and web designs produced by CSDC become the property of the client upon payment in full for completion of the client's contract with CSDC, unless otherwise stated in said contract. CSDC retains the right to use any and all samples of design work it has produced for its clients in print and web media as part of its portfolios. This includes, but is not limited to url links on the CSDC web site to sites produced for clients and examples of logos or graphics produced by CSDC in both printed and web media.

Payment Schedule

CDSC divides all projects into three phases: Conceptual &Composting, Proofing and Revision and Final Production. Payment is expected in the amount of one third the final estimated cost at the completion of each project phase. If the project is completed under budget, the final payment will be adjusted accordingly

Monthly Service Contracts

Monthly Service Contracts are billed in advance and due the first of the month in which the service is to be rendered. Unpaid monthly service contract will result in the termination of services including web hosting brokerage.

Contracts

Upon acceptance of the services of CSDC, all clients will enter into a written and signed contractual agreement with CSDC. All Terms of Services are fully outlined in the contractual agreements.
